THE YARD – LA Fitness Training Bundles
Welcome to The Yard, a structured fitness training program designed to challenge you mentally and physically in a supportive environment. Sessions may take place in both indoor gym settings and outdoor park-style training environments, depending on the workout format selected by the instructor.
Spots are limited to ensure a focused and effective training experience.
Once your package is purchased, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your scheduled dates, training times, and location details.
Important Program Guidelines
• Limited Space: Training sessions are intentionally kept small. Spots are first come, first served once your bundle is purchased.
• Location Details: Exact location will be emailed after purchase. Training locations are subject to change within a 5-mile radius. Some sessions will be held indoors at a gym, while others may take place outdoors in a park-style training environment. The final location for each week will be shared one week in advance.
Training Schedule & Location: All training sessions take place Monday - Friday (start 9:30am - conclude 10:30 / 11am)
Saturday and Sunday are designated rest and recovery days. All workouts will be held in Chatsworth, CA or Northridge, CA, with the exact training location provided via email after purchase.
• Monthly Package Terms: All bundles are valid only for the month in which the program begins. Packages cannot roll over into the following month and will expire if unused.
• Non-Transferable: Packages are valid only for the individual who purchased the bundle or the person it was purchased for. No guests are permitted.
• Waivers & Health Requirements: All participants must sign a consent and liability waiver and confirm they are in good physical health before participating in any training sessions.
• Liability: Participation in The Yard is voluntary. The Yard and its instructors are not responsible for injuries resulting from participant neglect, misuse of equipment, or failure to follow instruction.
• Punctuality: Participants are expected to arrive on time and ready to train. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, participants may be considered a no-show and the session will be forfeited.
